My loves,
Welcome to the final day of our nervous system reset! If you’re still with me after all this time then yay, you made it!
Today we are going to, quite literally, move it! Now there are two parts to this practice: one is a suggestion on how to move when you’re feeling shutdown and apathetic (dorsal vagal complex) and the other is how to move when you’re feeling stressed or angry (sympathetic). However, the most important thing is for you to move in a way that intuitively feels right for your body.
Our bodies were designed to move, and when we move the body we are also moving the mind too. The power of movement in supporting our nervous system health is underrated and shouldn’t be underestimated. And if you don’t believe me, try it out and see for yourself…
Thank you for taking this short journey with me. If you would like to continue your exploration of your own unique body intelligence then have a little look at the website www.haleyblackman.com.
I hope you enjoy today’s practice.

The Art of Relaxation
Play this whilst taking a moment to sit and be. See if you can incorporate all of the prompts from the past 6 days: becoming the act of listening, becoming the sounds, becoming the act of breathing, and becoming the stillness.
Enjoy.
